Description of the problem	On approximately 6 occasions while driving my 2007 jeep commander, the vehicle has unexpectedly just shut off completely, steering wheel locks so you can't steer and it is very scary. Especially since i have a 4 year old daughter who was riding with me on one occasion. I am now reading online of many people with this car who have the same experience. The dealer told me they reprogrammed the computer, but i am terrified to drive my new car. Dealer also indicated they are not getting a lot of cooperation from the manufacturer on this one (as internet entries from others indicate as well). This is extremely dangerous. It also happened to me while i was driving on i-75 at about 70 mph. Again, the whole car shuts off and you can't steer. Something needs to be done immediately before someone is killed.
