Description of the problem	Purchased used in spring 2008 with approx. 30k miles, in spring of 2010 had several weeks of issues ranging from vehicle cutting off randomly, vehicle jumping while at stop lights, hesitating to go into 2nd and 3rd gear and then the 'service park assist' light would illuminate along with the gear indicator lights being all highlighted. Obviously the dealer could not reproduce this but replaced the 'shifter mechanisim / shift lever housing, automatic transmission console shifter' and now in january of 2013 at 83369 miles, while driving home from lunch we could not get the vehicle to come out of first and the gear indicator lights were all highlighted. And for about 2 or more months have had the same issues as before with the vehicle cutting off, acceleration issues, jumping while in drive at a stop light. Waiting for the dealership to call back because its a jeep and you cant have newer jeeps repaired by anyone other than a dealership. Complete racket. Not to mention that you can't even check the transmission fluid, that has to be done by a dealership also. Will not buy jeep again! Ever!!!!!
