Description of the problem	Vehicle shutting off when stalling or at a stop driving down a city street with vehicles behind me. Idleing high when turning on or driving. Just had some thing fixed and issue still not resolved seems to be ecm/pcm possibly. Some sort of water entrance unsure where from had windshield reinstalled and i still get puddles on my driver and passenger feet. Back set belts keep braking was told this is a defect when seats are layed down seat buckles break and need to be replaced which is a safety issue with my children since i have 4 and need these to be functional they have been replaced 3 times and am now told it's a defect.
