| Description of the problem | Chrysler sent us a safety recall notice in september 2014 but after contact both a dealer and chrysler directly they claim that they do not have the part available to repair the defect. It has been over a year and the vehicle engine has died while my husband was driving it at least four times; the last time he was on the highway going 70 miles per hour. This vehicle is a threat to our life safety. I would like it repaired or replaced at no cost to us. I do not want to trade it in and purchase a new vehicle which chrysler has been trying to get us to do for the past two years. Thank you for any help in this matter. Updated 11/02/15.*jb |
