| Description of the problem | 2006 jeep commander has a design flaw in their windshield. I have 5 chips on 5 different occasions and on 03/07/08 a new chip has turned inti 8 inch crack in front of drivers view. I understand their has been several complaints to chrysler about this flaw but dealer says chrysler will not replace or fix windshield. Dealer admitted design flaw has caused this continued problem. |
