| Description of the problem | The rear driver's side door handle became inoperable due to the breakage of the door panel. All of the panels have cracked and some of the plastic has fallen into the door cavity. The door handles are loose and now the rear driver's side is completely inoperable. In a case of any emergency that required exiting the vehicle, the passenger in this seat will not be able to get out. I suspect that all the doors will eventually have the same problem. I have seen multiple complaints regarding this issue. Someone needs to hold chrysler accountable. |
