| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep commander. The contact was driving approximately 2 mph in reverse, there was a clicking noise and the vehicle started to shake. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated that the failure was contributed to the power steering. The vehicle was repaired. Prior to the repair the vehicle was taken to two independent mechanics; however, a diagnostic test was not performed, and the second mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure.
