Description of the problem	Jeep commander driver and passenger seat belts do not lock into place correctly. To get them to lock you have to press and hold in the red button, then to unlock the seat belt you also have to press the red button. Now in addition, the passenger seat belt when locked into place - the alarm goes off as if the seat belt is not engaged and the dash light also is lit up. Sometimes with multiple lock/unlock attempts the alarm may go off. Often it chimes relentlessly even when seat belt is engaged. Chrysler customer care will not fully replace the defective seat belts even though it is a safety hazard. *js
