Description of the problem	2006 4. 7 v8 jeep commander has had multiple problems, the most severe being 3 (out of 7) inoperable seatbelts and sporadic stalling of the vehicle. The first 8 - 10 times the vehicle stalled (went dead), i was at a stopped position attempting to accelerate. The most recent incident happened as i was driving in traffic. I lost all power steering and brakes when the vehicle died. I was going up a slight incline which assisted me in stopping and i put the vehicle in neutral and restarted. I have refused to drive the vehicle since that time out of safety concerns for my children and for others on the road. The dealership has attempted to correct the problem on 4 occasions - nothing has worked. The chrysler corporation refuses to buy-back the vehicle because the dealership has not duplicated the problem in the shop. I have witnesses to the occurrences and have documented each time it has happened. *jb
