| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 jeep commander. The contact stated that the front and passenger side seat belts would not properly lock. When connecting the seat belt, the red button had to be pressed in order for it to lock and secure. Once locked, the warning indicator would erroneously illuminate, indicating that the seat belt was not locked. The cause of the failure was not determined.
