Description of the problem	Both front seat belts do not operate as expected. In order to use them, one must depress the red unlatch button in order to insert metal buckles into the latches. I am writing to report the seat belt operational hazard as it appears from some research that this is a common problem on this model and similar year range jeep grand cherokee models.
