| Description of the problem | Both front seat belts do not operate as expected. In order to use them, one must depress the red unlatch button in order to insert metal buckles into the latches. I am writing to report the seat belt operational hazard as it appears from some research that this is a common problem on this model and similar year range jeep grand cherokee models. |
