| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 jeep commander, about 6 months after i purchased the used vehicle the 2nd row seat belts locked in to place & won't come out. I can not bring all my children with me and it is a huge safety issue that the seat belts do not work. I saw there was a recall on the 3rd row & feel there should be a recall on the 2nd row as well. The seat belts were not abused & were barely used & not can not be used at all. I am trying to get ahold of daimler chrysler to get this safety issue fixed but so far have not gotten anywhere. Bottom line this is a safety issue and manufacture defect with the seat belts. |
