| Description of the problem | My 2006 jeep commander driver side seat belt wont latch. I have to hold down the red release button to force it to engage. Seven days later the passenger seat belt wouldn't latch. This time even if i force the latch to engage by holding down the red release tab, it does not turn off the seat belt warning alarm. This most certainly is a recall item and so many of us are having the same problem at the same time. I am going to report also to daimler/chrysler. |
