| Description of the problem | I have getting intermediate message since may saying "transmission over temp" in dash area. I have taken to the dealer on may 14, in which they took an educated guess to change my transmission fluid. I agreed to the service which did not solve the problem. I took to back the dealer again on june 1, for the same problem. This time the dealer technicians worked along with chrysler by opening a case. The corporate chrysler techs recommend to replace the solenoid, i agreed to do that. Since may i have spent over $1320. 00 at dulles jeep and i still have the same problem. Please advise how can you help me? Thank you andrew |
