Description of the problem	Had the n23 recall and after words the 4 lo will not work took it back to the dealership and they checked it out and found a code c140f cleared the code and worked once and got the service 4lo system . Called chrysler and they seed this is the first that they header of it and they called the dealership made a appointment took it back in and they seed that the actuator went out but it worked before the n23 was done and that time they charged me and it still dose not work they won't me to buy a new actuator but i think it should be chrysler that should have to pay for the actuator.
