| Description of the problem | I recently purchased a new 2006 jeep commander limited. The vehicle currently has less than 6000 miles. Over the past few months the jeep has unexpectedly stalled at least 7 times. One particular stall happened while pulling into a busy street and nearly resulted in a collision. I want to return the vehicle but the dealership will not take it back. I purchased the jeep for my wife to drive and she takes our 2 children with her in the vehicle. I am very concerned about them being injured or more even more serious consequences as a result of the jeep stalling. My goal is to receive a full refund or to have the vehicle replaced with same make, model, etc with an engine that is mechanically sound and does not stall. What are my options? |
