Description of the problem	All the electrical on my dash most the time is lines and flickers, but decides to show up once in a while for a minute or two. My big problem is starting the car. It does this click click sound most the time but then starts once in a while out of the blue. I have bought a new battery and alternator within the last year. It also slams from gear to gear! I have had four different diagnostic tests done by different places & i have been fighting with this for a couple years!
