Description of the problem	Vehicle was in motion and car shut down as turning right at street light. Had to restart car. Driver side door interior handle is broken. Cannot open door. Dash lights do not work, radio volume goes up as you are turning the controls down. Frame is rusted... Told would be rusted through in another year. Car has 125,000 miles on it. I'm the only owner. Normal driving, no off road travel.
