Description of the problem	It saddens me to write this letter concerning the poor service i received on my 2006 jeep commander at one of your dealerships. I purchased the car last november in manassas, va, and the car ran great up until about a month ago, when all of the indicator lights would come on and then the car would abruptly shut-off. This behavior went on for about a week and then i took it to the dealer (darcars chrysler jeep dodge of new carrollton) located at x your jeep service center diagnosed the problem to be the pcm assembly which cost about 800. 00, and was not covered by my extended warranty. After negotiating with the gwc warranty company, they agreed to pay half, which was 500. 00 and we paid the balance of 577. 00.
