| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep commander. While driving at any speed, the vehicle stalled sporadically without warning and caused a crash. The contact took her vehicle to the dealer on several occasions, but they could not duplicate the failure. On one occasion, the engine light illuminated, but the dealer could not provide an explanation. When the vehicle stalls, it usually restarts after a brief waiting period; however, it failed to restart after the crash. The manufacturer would not provide any assistance.
