Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep commander. While driving at any speed, the vehicle stalls in the middle of the road. The steering wheel locks up and the power steering fails. The contact stated that the steering becomes very difficult and would not move at all on occasion. The failure has been occurring since the vehicle was purchased in 2006. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer numerous times, but they could not duplicate the failure.
