| Description of the problem | While driving, 06 jeep commander had smoke pouring into the inside from the gear shift, vents, etc. Smelled electrical. Car refused to turn off on two attempts with keys already out of the ignition. That was the first occasion for that problem. Have had several times when i was driving that the car stalls, locking up the steering wheel, etc. Have taken it to the dealership for this problem and they said they fixed the recall ???? It still stalls, sometimes three times a day... Which is difficult when you have several people behind you. The vehicle is at the shop now as i had to get it towed when it quit running, during the fire. I am currently searching to see if others have had this problem. |
