Description of the problem	The vehicle has power failure while driving and while stationary with engine running! The dashboard instrument panel, gauges, lights, hvac, radio, etc. Shuts off but the vehicle still runs, and it continues to turn off and on over and over again. Also, it occurs whether on a smooth surface in motion or when you hit a bump in the road, and it occurs when the vehicle is sitting still with engine running. It makes you feel like the vehicle is about to shut off. This occurs every time i drive my vehicle, regardless of the location. There is a safety recall for the ignition switch, and i feel this problem may be related to that issue.
