Description of the problem	Had issues with faulty ignition switch authorized jeep dealer replaced with a new switch but not the new switch that is to be a per ant fix for your recall14v-438 because they could not get the revised switch from factory basically replaced it with a new switch that was still recalled was told to fill out claim form and send it to chrysler which i did along with invoice from chrysler winona stamped (paid) got a call from chrysler saying that the paid invoice was not enough and they wanted a couple of my cancelled check sent to them i'm not comfortable sending a check with my info on it to chrysler for anyone to see the chrysler claim # [xxx] thank you [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
