Description of the problem	Hi, this is the second notice that i have received regarding the recall for the ignition switch (p41/nhtsa 14v-438). Upon receiving the notice i called my local jeep dealer and both times was told that the parts are not available. I have experienced some of the problems described in the recall. I have two young children and i am concerned for their safety. I have brought my vehicle (2006 jeep commander) in for service before the recall was made aware of and they could not diagnose the problem. At times i have been driving and all of a sudden my vehicle's instrument panel seems to shut off, the steering tightens, and the lights flicker on and off. This happens quite frequently and now that i know that there is a recall i'm more afraid that i may be putting my family and myself in danger. I realize that the recall notice has been made public for a year now but this has been happening for much longer than that. I read on your site that it may be possible for the vehicle to be purchased back. My vehicle has 115600 miles and i'm the original owner. How does that work? Thank you for your time.
