Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 jeep commander. While the gear shifter was shifted into park, the vehicle continued to move forward. The contact had to engage the emergency brake and depress the brake pedal in order to stop the vehicle from rolling away. In addition, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was taken to a dealer multiple times who diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. However, the failure recurred on numerous occasions.
