| Description of the problem | The car went into a neutral position while driving. It has done it about 5 or 6 time in the past couple of months while going down the road. It will switch to neutral and the squares will go around each gear. I had the recall to update programming in the box under the shifter. But apparently jeep has no record and the dealership (which switched hands since it was done) has no record of this being done. The recall was done in 2011. They do have a case number for my incident. |
