Description of the problemThis problem has been occurring since 2010. It first happened to my wife as she drove on i-75 the car just turned off on her and almost got rear ended by a car that was behind her. It has occurred at least 7 times since and recently much more than before where the same thing happens the car turns off and you lose complete control of everything, brakes ,steering etc the car just floats for about two blocks and you are helpless until it stops. My wife contacted chrysler this last time to complain about the issue and was told that our car was under investigation ,that recalls were being done in september but that we would have to pay for the repairs and then get reimbursed . I personally don't think the consumer should pay for anything much less something that has already been discovered to be a manufacturing flaw.
