Description of the problem	I received a safety recall notice in october that said i would receive another one for a defect that needed to be fixed concerning my ignition switch. I never received it and am still waiting so that i may take my car in and have it repaired. My car has on several occasions switched off and all the lights on my dash go on and off while i am driving it. You say this is a safety issue and i would like to have this matter taken care of.
