Description of the problem	Was driving down the road @ 40 mph & my horn started sounding non stop & kept draining my battery. Turns out it is a faulty clock spring, & my vehicle only has 51k. The part to fix is retailed over $800 & you cannot get ahold of one because they are on national back order. Was told chrysler will not do a recall because this vehicle is over 10 years old, but it only has 51k & this has been recalled on other jeep/chrysler models. Since it is hooked to my airbag, this should be a safety issue, but chrysler does not see it that way. Will never by another jeep because of this.
