Description of the problem	Driving at speed on a parkway, the car engine stalled out. Lost all electrical (radio, speedometer, tach, etc.) and was able to pull off to side of the road. Brakes and steering worked, but not ps. Car started back up with turn of ignition. This is the second instance of this happening, first one was about 2 years ago but don't have info. I happened to pay closer attention this time given recent history of ignition recalls.
