| Description of the problem | I was cleaning my vehicle and moved the rear passenger seat to a folded position to access the third row seat. I heard a pop and the seat would no longer stay in an upright positon. If the seat is placed upright it swings back down. Took to dealership and they told me the frame on the second row was not working correctly they gave me a quote of $356. 85 for the part and $100. 00 per hour labor lasting from 5-6hours. I was also charged $109. 78 for a diagnostic. I would like to have the seat fixed as soon as possible this is my families sole means of transportation. I have small children that require safety seats in that place. |
