Description of the problem	Going to strap the grand child in the back seat the seat belts lock up coming out before fully pulled out. This has happened several times. Even has happened to me a few times on front drivers seat. Today strapping the grand child in it lock while she was seat belted in. We went to undo the seat belt and it would not give ant slack to undo belt. We had to slid her out of the seat belt in order to get her out. One time before she started screaming while we were driving because the seat beat had gotten extremely tight on her. I had a hard time getting her out. She has become scared of the seat belts. I,m getting worried myself.
