Description of the problem	We are having the same problem as noted by nhtsa id #10722215 -- summary: tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep commander 4x4. The contact stated that the key became difficult to turn over in order to start the vehicle. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 14v567000 (electrical system) and stated that the part needed was not available within a reasonable timeframe. The dealer did not provide a specific date for when the part would become available. The manufacturer was notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. We have called jeep about this problem. Our vehicle cannot be repaired as all parts across the us have been pulled. We are being told that jeep does not know when the problem will be resolved, they will offer no assistance so we are without a vehicle. The associate we spoke to at 800-992-1997 would not transfer my call to a supervisor. He indicated that because the problem could not be repaired at the present time, there is no one to further help us.
