Description of the problem	This jeep has two problems. As i was traveling on a highway, the jeep shut itself off. It happened only once, but i am concerned about a repeated issue. Report receipt date february 6, 2008, nhtsa campaign number #08v059000.. The second problem i am having which is on recall, is the ignition. Once i place the key in the ignition, after parking the jeep, the jeep will go to the off position, but the key can not be removed from the ignition. Report receipt date september 17, 2014, nhtsa campaign number#14v56700. I own a 2008 jeep commander, vin # [xxx]. I have made several attempts to remedy the problem by calling chrysler, who did acknowledge the problem, but never got back to me, and i called the dealership where i purchased the jeep, but because my vin number doesn't match the recall list, they refuse to recognize the problem.
