Description of the problem	Hvac and defrost directs cold air onto windshield while sending 175 degree fahrenheit hot air to bottom vents air is not mixing properly. Jeep dealer will not make repair, saying "this is how hvac works". Due to cold air blowing from the defroster on windshield, windshield builds up with ice and snow, and does not defrost properly.
