Description of the problem	I received notification from chrysler awhile back that a defect on my vehicle has been identified. It was a case opened in june, 2014 by nhtsa for pe14017. Chrysler said no solution had been identified at the time they sent the letter but the local distributor would remedy the defect without charge within a reasonable time. The local dealer has not heard anything from chrysler. I don't know what "reasonable time" means but wanted to ask you how long you think i should need to wait before a solution to correct the problem which chrysler says "may experience unintended change in ignition switch position while driving which may result in loss of engine power, power steering, and braking assist increasing the risk of a crash and disabling one or more of the vehicle's safety features including the frontal airbags." thank you.
