Description of the problem	Purchased the jeep in january of 2011. Within a month of owning it, it would randomly stall while driving down the road. When the jeep stalls, all of the lights in the dashboard illuminate. You can push down on the gas pedal and the rpm's go up, but the speed still decreases until the vehicle stops. It will cut right back on after stopping and cutting the engine off. The vehicle will randomly do this no matter the weather conditions, speed, or anything else. Took it to a mechanic and they couldn't find anything wrong with it and i was told they would have to recreate the problem themselves to fix it. Since it randomly messes up under no special circumstances, i couldn't leave the vehicle with them while they drove it every day trying to recreate the problem. Jeep has done this probably 10 times since i have owned it. I called a dealership and gave my vin and was told no recalls on this vehicle. Yet i am continuously reading about the same exact issue with other people's 2007 jeep commanders.
