| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep commander. While driving 55 mph, the vehicle stalled and lost all power. The vehicle would not move when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The contact restarted the vehicle immediately after it stalled. The dealer replaced the shift module but the failure continued. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who could not find the cause of the failure. The contact called the manufacturer who took his complaint and stated that a representative would contact him within 24 hours. The failure mileage was 48,075. |
