| Description of the problem | I was notified of a recall notice on my commander in june. The recall (n23) states the car can shift into neutral while in the parked position. My car has shifted into neutral twice while moving, once while i was traveling 25 mph and once at 70 mph. I contacted the dealer and chrysler. The part is currently unavailable to fix the recall issue. They informed me there is nothing i can do but wait. They do not have an expected date for the part's arrival. I'm left without a vehicle, and they do not cover loaner cars for their recall. |
