Description of the problem	The above information was for the first time this incident occurred. While driving at any speed the car will stall out of no where due to the electronic shift module. I had it replaced 11/08 which was only a year after the car was made. It is completely acting up again and the module needs replaced again. I understand that they have not recalled this issue but there are over 145 complaints of the same issue but yet on your website it says a recall is necessary when there is a safety-related defect in the vehicle or equipment. A safety defect is defined as a problem that exists in a motor vehicle or item of motor vehicle equipment that: poses a risk to motor vehicle safety. Examples of defects considered safety-related:steering components that break suddenly causing partial or complete loss of vehicle control. Accelerator controls that may break or stick. Critical vehicle components that break, fall apart, or separate from the vehicle, causing potential loss of vehicle control or injury to persons inside or outside the vehicle. Along with the above i have children and if they are inside this vehicle while something happens just wait until i slap the lawsuit along with the many others as a result of this issue that nobody is doing nothing about. I almost was rear ended on the expressway by vehicles going 75 mph because of the car stalling/not wanting to accelerate! I want answers and i want them now!
