Description of the problem	While driving my 2007 jeep commander all four gears would show them being highlighted (p-n-r-d) and when this would happen it would lose power and slow down to a point where there was a concern about being rear ended if it could not be pulled over. I took it to a dealer and they had to replace the electronic shift module. In looking on the internet this is not a isolated incident but is occurring nation-wide. The service manager even said that they get about one of these a month. This is just one dealer and appears to be nation-wide from what i saw on the internet. Both the dealer and chrysler have said that they would not do anything about except repair this problem at the consumers expense. This is definitely a problem that chrysler is ignoring but someday they may be facing a law suit if their is a bad accident.
