| Description of the problem | I have a 2007 jeep commander and while driving along the highway with my toddlers, i noticed that it had difficulty shifting from first gear to second gear. After a few seconds, it spontaneously shifted which caused the car to jerk. While this was happening, the check engine light came on. I've also noticed the "service park assist" light coming often. This car has made me feel unsafe and i don't exactly know what is wrong with it. I have noticed, however, that a few people have reported this same problem and some with worse problems of their car stalling. I don't want this problem to persist especially because i haul my children around in it. |
