| Description of the problem | Intermittent starting issue. The jeep will drive fine but once you turn it off it is a coin toss whether it will start again. I have found that if you crawl underneath the jeep and push in on the yellow wire connected to the starter, it will immediately start. It is obviously a poorly designed connector, as it is obviously not weather proof but it is in an area that needs to be water tight. I have seen many complaints about this same issue online, but when you call the dealerships they tell you they have never heard of this issue. |
