Description of the problem	A woman made a left hand turn in front of our car, cutting us off, causing my front end to crash into the side of her car. We were traveling about 35 miles an hour, the speed limit, at the time of the crash. The driver and passenger air bags failed to deploy. Because of this my passenger and i hit the dash. The front end looked to be totaled.
