Description of the problem	He first instance was when had stopped at my house, gone in and grabbed some paperwork, got back in the suv and then when putting the suv into reverse it just turned off. I went back to the dealership, where i was actually purchasing the vehicle. On my way back to the dealership i was traveling about 35 mph on a straight road when the suv shut off. There was no power steering or brakes, but i noticed the stereo seemed to be on , just the display. I put the car in neutral while going about 15 mph and started it, and then put it back in gear. I went to the dealer again, i was on my way to finalize the purchase, and related this to them. They stated they weren't sure why it happened but would look into it. I was dropping it off on 5/22/07. *ak
