Description of the problem	Radio august 2018 drove for about 6 hours. Stopped for dinner. Started the cherokee no radio. With out the radio nothing works ( no ac/heat, navigation, phone etc. ). Bought the 2019 cherokee in may 2018. July of 2018 the radio was replaced ( refurbished radio / not a new radio } volume problem. So this is the second radio in this vehicle ( not happy with a refurbished radio in a new vehicle that is just months old ) , dealer/chrysler keeps doing systems updates that don't work. At least once a week the radio will not turn on and when the radio doesn't turn on i cannot operate any of the internal systems because the screen is blank.
