Description of the problem	When a phone call comes in, the ring volume is extremely high. It is heart stopping, it makes you jump, you are distracted in traffic trying to quickly turn it down before you even think to answer it. I've read hundreds of comments from other jeep owners on-line that have the same problem. I was told by jeepcare that the car is "operating as designed" and they can't adjust the default volume down from the volume level of 15. It will cause an accident because of the huge distraction it causes on that first ring when driving. Jeep doesn't seem to care at all.
