Description of the problem	I bought my 2019 jeep cherokee lattitude plus 4x4 and from day one the radio has acted up. I have taken it back to the dealer 4 times for them to resolve the problem they put in a new radio one time, a antenna, the next and said they did some rewireing. What happens is when i start my vehicle either the radio will play or it wont ( well plays but you cant hear anything unless you turn the volume way up all most maximum before you can start to hear it). After each time they said they had it fixed. It also when not working when you hit search stations it will go from 95. 9 and keep going with out stopping back to 95. 9 so no stations on search to stop on. They said they are not sure what to do next if it acts up. So after being frustrated i did a search on my jeep and found this web page with other people some with the exact same vehicle as mine having the same problem. I did have video but not sure how to get it off of google photos to put on here. The radio only does it on start up and might work the next time and not the next or work a few times then not the next you never know when it will act up.
