| Description of the problem | The steering wheel jerks from left to right when driving. This is a huge safety concern as it could cause loss of control. It happens continuously when traveling above 55mph, going straight, and turning. I have had a dealership look at this and they claim there is no issue and that it is the electronic steering control kicking in. They also had other complaints from multiple 2019 jeep cherokee owners and they spoke to chrysler about it and were told that there was nothing they could do. |
